This is an informal gathering of meeting attendees and guests. This is a great opportunity to get to know new Forum members or reconnect with members you already know. Hors D'oeuvres and light snacks will be provided and a cash bar will be available.
Friday Meeting
8:00am to 5:00pm
Dress is general business attire with a tie, no jeans or t-shirts please.
Continental breakfast will be provided. The meeting will start with introductions of individual attendees, speakers, and guests. Our featured speakers will then make their presentations and field questions and answers. As a professional organization we may disagree with something a speaker has said or a company policy, but we always maintain a professional demeanor and do not attack our guests in any way. Lunch will be provided. The afternoon session is dedicated to financial comparisons led by ADMI personnel and is expected to be an interactive exercise in gathering insight into how other dealerships are successful in certain areas.
Friday Dinner

Dinner is provided normally at a local restaurant with banquet facilities. Again, this is another opportunity to informally interact with Forum members.
Saturday Meeting
8:00am to Noon

Continental breakfast will be provided.The Saturday meeting is dedicated to the “Best Management Ideas” session. Each attendee is expected to bring one example of an idea regarding sales management, inventory management, personnel management, or marketing that has been successfully implemented in their dealership. 25 copies of this idea should be made to share with the other attendees. Each attendee will contribute $20 before presenting his or her idea to the group. Members will then vote to decide the top three ideas and cash prizes will be awarded from the money collected. General and Forum business discussions will be held in the time remaining.
