The Purpose of the Forum is to:
Promote, Encourage and Develop -
- Management Standards, Measures of Performance and
Advanced Management Techniques in order to -
- Improve the Return of Dealership Fixed Operations and -
- Enrich the Personal Return and Satisfaction of the Fixed
Operations Management experience
The Forum meets twice each year at locations chosen by the membership. An effort is made to alternate geographic locations to allow as many members to attend as possible. However, for the near future Forum meetings will be held in the Detroit area to allow more participation from executives and management of Ford Motor Company. Forum meetings include:
- Important guests from Ford Motor Company who can
provide insight into current and future issues as they
relate to our business.
- Workshops in which members discuss techniques to
increase gross and net profitability, reduce idle inventory,
and enhance customer satisfaction throughout all areas
of Fixed Operations..
- Formal sharing of Best Management Ideas among
members.
- Interaction with fellow managers from a wide range of
geographic locations, business volumes, and experience
levels during meetings and informal social functions.
